1. When booking the Sorl hotel Hangzhou, Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (the designated conference company for this meeting) will charge a deposit for one night, and the deposit will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 3 days after you check-in.

2. If your travel plan has changed and you would like to change or cancel your room reservation, please contact us before 23:59 on August 2nd, 2024. We will not be able to refund your room booking fees after this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1、预订瑞立江河汇酒店时，由杭州百步会展服务有限公司（本次会议指定的会务公司）代收一晚房间订金，并于您入住后3天内原路退还订金。

2、如您的行程有变，需要取消房间预定，请于2024年8月2日23:59之前与我们联系，我们将退还您的订金。如您需要更改入住时间及天数，也请在该时间之前与我们联系，在房间足够的情况下，我们将尽量为您安排。您可在网站注册登录后的用户中心的“酒店预定列表”通过“退款”申请，备注取消或更改房间的信息。请注意，2024年8月2日23:59之后，我们将不予退还已预定房间的订金，万望理解。

3、请您在预订时及时完成支付，否则预订将不予保留。
